By accessing and using KiyoCRM services provided by Kiyo Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use KiyoCRM for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account

4. Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription or service:

• Payment is due in advance for the billing period
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kiyo Solutions Pvt Ltd and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Disclaimer

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our service and the use of this service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kiyo Solutions Pvt Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
